Most respected fully i bring a few lines under your sympathetic consideration that my name is majid ali s/o mir chanda ali residing at b/4/h/1, gora chand road kolkata-700014, working in crossword book stores as a assistant store manager at 1858/1, rajdanga main road acropolis mall 1st floor inside shoppersstop. I would like to tell you that i have 2 credit card which are [protected] & [protected], i am using this card since last two years and in this period i had use it time to time paid. Write now i am unable to pay my outstanding due to my financial crises. Unfortunately, sbi card of his name is ajay paul from gurgaon delhi he is continuously torturing me at his different numbers like [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] to pay all outstanding amounts in urgent basis. I inform to him that i am facing some financial issue, kindly give me some period but he could not convince my statements. Know he is misbehavior with me, abusing me and he is also calling my office employees and my superiors boss., sbi credit card is also abusing my families relative and my friends for last 4 days to still now. Write now my superior is warning me if this kindly of activity shall not stop then they will terminate me if my company will terminate me then my carrier will be spoil, i am a middle class person and this job is the only source of my income and my wife and one baby 2 and half year, i if i shall lost this job i have no other resources of my life.
Sir kindly help me otherwise day by day i am getting mentally and physically harassed by him. Actually sbi card is violating my privacy and assassinating my character. Which is against the rbi guidelines. Therefor i am also lodge complaint against (Complaint no :[protected] him and his team vinay shetty on the sbi customer care website but still issue is not resolve by sbi. Thats why i am filld complaint against sbi credit card in our nearest police station (Benia pukur p. S compalint no : 958 date 11.07.2020.
