I have a recurring deposit account at sbi and it's running from last three years. In this last month bank is charging me si failures charge of rs 295 . In fact i have enough balance in my account. I have contacted many times to branch manager but he is unable to fix the issue. I have logged many times complaint online but no result. Simply bank is closing my ticket with out any valid reasons.
I would request you to please check this matter and do the required.

Updated by Satyam Gangisetty My rd account is mstured on 22march 19. But still 295 si failure charges are deducted from my account in this month. I don't understand why as i have the sufficient balance in my account. Further they automatically rool over my rd for without any interest. Kindly look into the matter.
