Dear sir, good morning

My name is kiran s/o shri ramashanker, resident b-1051 jawahar camp kirti nagar

Sir, i've done graduation (B. A. Programme) in 2012 by delhi university (Du sol). My sol no. Is[protected] and degree roll no. Is 6584727.
I want to say that the degree is not issued to me by university management while the assistant registrar dr. O. P. Sharma told me that your degree send to you on 10 december 2015 by speed post. As a proof a photocopy given to me of this speed post series by university management its speed post no. Is ed[protected]in, but when i tried i to know about particular of my speed post data, and also asked there were no any entry registered into. The speed post officer said that we sent back the degree to du sol. I'm totally confused that what i do? I couldn't get my degree till.
Sir, i hereby requested to you that please take some action in this matter, from which i can get my degree.

Last year i got my admission cancelled for bcom 1st year and claimed for refund of my money. After that its going to be an year and the account section of north campus has done nothing in this concern. I had been there many times for this issue but what all i got was false hopes. Now i am very much frustrated with their work. So please do something in this favour otherwise i've lost every hope of getting my money back...

I am a student of b.com 2nd year and applied for admission in december 2016 and paid all the relevant fees to university but still i do not receive my study material. Pcp classes are running from 1st january 2017 but i am unable to take the benefit of these classes because i don't have any book as you know exam will be held in may/june. So please provide a study material as soon as possible so that i can start my study for upcoming exams.

I'm student of B.come 3rd year. our exams were conducted in May-June2016 but upto Nov 2016 result not declared by the university. is there any value of time? who will be responsible for our 1 wasted year? even no notification from the university side about the result. when like these university will do like this then who will take care about student's protection? any solution for compensate our wasted year?
