As I was trying to pay fees for 3rd semester but can't pay it always get cancel and return mei to home page ...

I am doing my 5th semester payment from last 2 days. i am unable to do payment and getting message of failed payment again and again. What is this? why is there not response? please tell me sol.

I am Shubham Tomar from Delhi. I am a SOL student of Delhi University. This year university conducted online examination due to pandemic COVID19. I attend all subjects' exams and submitted successfully as per university guidelines. I received confirmation of submitted successfully of all subjects' exam on mail. But in the result declared by university there is absent in History Exam. I have confirmation of exam submitted successfully. Please rectify my result and give me correct result.

I am Neelam Kumari (taken admission in December 2020)had cancelled my admission of mcom from du sol on 15 December, 2020.

Ma'am, I have received a cancellation letter from du sol on 29 Jan 2021, which says 50% of the fees will be refunded in due course ...yet I have not received any money .
Kindly inform me when will the fees be refunded to me.

I am Anirudh kaushik, I have enrolled at DU sol for BA. Program, I am not receiving any communication mail from university side regarding the examination which are going to be held in May. I have not received date sheet or any mail regarding the same for March exams also.

I've made a payment of Rs. 1510/- through online mode(HDFC Debit Card), but I've haven't received any fee receipt or any message regarding payment. The proof of payment has successfully attached.

I have submitted my third-year fees on 25/Apr/2021 but the error occurred and the amount is deducted from my account but I haven't got the fee receipt. I asked SOL in the query they said that I have to ask my bank. So I thought it must be my bank issue then I tried again on 28apr2021 to pay my fees but again error occurred and the amount is deducted from my account. Now I have paid 6670 rupees but my fees is not submitted yet. I have my exam next month how will i get my admit card if my fees is not submitted yet. Now my queries are also showing error. If i pay again and the amount will deduct but fees won't be paid who will be responsible for that? I am from a middle-class family and in this pandemic 6670 rupees is not a small amount for me. Now I don't have money to again I can only pay if my amount will come back to me.
Please take the necessary action, I am looking for your help.
Kindly arrange my refund as soon as possible

I have issue regarding fees as I am 1 st semester student of Bcom on November 2020 when I took admission on du sol my fees have been deducted from 2 banks and I contacted bank for the refund but they have said it has already reached to agent i.e du sol I want my refund .
Kindly refund my fees as soon as possible
