I was paying my 3 year fees and screen shows transaction failed on sol server, and payment got deducted from my bank. What to do now???...

Good morning Sir/Mam, Yesterday I paid my 3rd year examination fee and it was successfully received by SOL but when I logged into my Sol student dashboard I didn't see any fee receipt and even I'm unable to see any information about my 3rd year admission.
I request you to solve this problem.

Amount deducted from account but fee slip not found...

I did payment and haven't got recipt but i checked payment done from bank.

I had made payment for admission and amount of Rs 4040 is deducted from my hdfc bank but not fee receipt is received to me. And again payment option is showing kindly see this....

EXAMS held in August 2020 IN OBE MODE for B.a program final year[protected].The results are yet to be declared. Students who want to take admission for further studies are facing problem because of this situation....

I compaint plenty of times in south delhi about my certificate but they always said that the site is not working they just sitting there and talking about their home activities i heard them ...
I told them many times plz sir so something i want that its compulsory...

I have applied for du sol on 30th november in course ba eng hons.I have received a message regarding admission confirmation but i have not received my roll no. and id card yet.There is a link(du.sol.in) provided through reg. mail id but the link is not opening.Please provide information regarding this and also please availl my roll no. as soon as possible....

I paid fee on 27/11/2020 of inr.4040/- by phone pe but the marchant shows not success and tell me to again pay amount and i again pay amount on 29/11/2020 .But amount is no refund till now...

Sir i submitted my economic project but i dnt know why i got only 4 marks out of 100... I had done my all projects i got passing marks in all sub but in economics i got only 4 marks

When i am logging in.. its show that sol roll no does not exist what ita means im suffering from this problem from few days because im unable to log in and unable to download my fee reciept...

I attempted payment of Rs 4040 at Delhi University School of Learning at the ICICI payment gateway using my SBI card. The payment showed an error and after few hours the payment gateway reopened citing previous payment as a failed attempt. My brother then made the payment next day using his SBI card which was successful and generated a receipt.
My first payment attempt, despite being failed, still got billed to me as Rs 4040 and claimed...

I submitted my registration form on 30/11/2020 but when i was doing payment with my credit card it showed me an server error and after that i received a message of payment deducted 0f Rs 4040. And till now i didn't get my fee slip and id card and if my admission is not confirm then i didn't get my refund .

I paid the fees for admission in ba prog from sol. My account got debited but i didn't get any receipt due to server error. My sol roll number wasn't generated because of this.

Sir I Have made payment from debit card and not received any payment receipt and the amount is deducted from my bank account please solvve my problem...

I submit my fee of rupees 4040 through airtel payment bank but unable to download my fee receipt or id card. I neither have my roll nor the bar code except payment deatils from bank....

I paid fee via upi and amount deducted from account but roll no and fee receipt bot generated....
