I pay my sol du 3rd semester fee but its shows failed. But amount deducted from my account. My sol roll number is[protected]. Kindly solve as today is last day for fee submission.

          I made my payment today morning after 10:30 and it showed that the payment got deducted and then the page showed that there is a payment issue and then I checked my payment details but its still showing to make the payment but my account got deducted with amount mentioned for admission .                       I am persuing BA Programme from Du Sol my SOL ROLL NO is[protected], yesterday (17/11/2020) I have made payment of Rs 3575 for III rd semester from my debit card having account no ending with xxxxxxx57976. But after doing payment it shows error and not able to download fee slip, but amount is debited from my bank account. And now also I am not able to download fee slip and it showing for payment. Please check for this and give me favour. Thank you
