Dear Sir/Mam My name is suraj last Tuesday (14/07/2015) i have paid my school of open learning admission fee BARCODE[protected] i am using ICICI bank credit card online through IDBI bank Eazy2pay payment gateway (transaction id-320535, but IDBI bank Eazy2pay session his expired but payment has deduct my credit card account.I have received the mail communication from [protected]@pg.eazy2pay.com for the successful payment but the amount is not yet credited to sol for the recepit of the payment. deducted amount is Rs.-3367.96 and time: 2:12Pm 14/07/2015. hey friend go to online RTI website if your complaint is not answered and not resolved. Online RTI is useful to get response from these colleges go to online RTI website and ask question, complaints and problems .Now uninversity of delhi is online under Online RTI website and you can file RTI online the .The University of delhi is public authority under department of higher education and you can file RTI from your any debit card at RS 10 if you don't now how to file RTI you can go to you tube videos and search about how to file RTI offline and Online .also to be noted that the school of open learning comes under university of delhi and if you file RTI online to university delhi about school of open learning they transfer your question to school of open learning so my friend this is very great now you can get response and your complaint get resolved from RTI so go for RTI and tell about other also the power of RTI.
