Hello, School of Open Learning provides Study Material very late to students because of this many students is not able to complete his syllabus and when exam starts then many students looks for studying while travelling in delhi metro and other travel sources. Many students fails because of this. Because of this many students have to take a way of cheating which is not good. I want that this university provide the study materials before starting classes.
