[Resolved]  Screen Guards India — old and damaged product

I placed an order for a case for i phone 8. The product i received is old and damaged and not the one i ordered. I have trying to contact the customer support from the moment i received i product, there is no response from the company. All my mail are going unanswered and i am also not able to connect with them through call.

Date of purchase: feb 8, 2020.
Product delivery date: feb 12, 2020.

I did receive a call from the company, their staff was quite rude. They said that the money can be refunded only in a government bank account. I said that I don't have any government bank account, without even me completing my sentence, they said that arrange/open a government account, and then they disconnected the call.

I have an account in HDFC and HSBC, I am not sure If it is rule that the money can only be transferred to a government bank account.
