Subject: - Letter regarding the removal of encroachment and cleanliness of drains
Sir,
It is a humble request that many people have illegally taken over the drain in T.C.Camp. Raghubir Nagar 12 yards Ward-6-S. Poultry shops, toilets, animal husbandry, ready, houses have been built above the drain 10 years ago, the municipal corporation went after cleaning the drains after that the drains were never cleaned. Due to which many people are studying to face many diseases. 10 years ago the municipal corporation has removed the illegal occupation but these people again make it over the drains, in the Municipal Corporation we have complained many times but no response. Comes Mr. Man, I request you, Please pay attention to the illegal removal of possession and cleaning of drains at TC Camp Raghubir Nagar 12 yards Ward-6S and please challan those who illegally seize it and take legal action from the most powerful It will be a great mercy.

They occupy half of the road causing jams and congestions on the road and causes accidents
And they didn’t fear local cops and shop owners also takes free vegetables for let them standing

Sweeper not cleaning the road no7 paryawaran complex IGNOU road. Please look into the matter that all road's of paryawaran complex are cleaning everyday but lane no. 7 is not cleaning from many days why the sweeper is not coming regularly in this area. Please take necessary action in this matter. we will highly obliged by you. Thanking you.

This is to inform you that builder i.e. Ganesh constructor contract a house of 4 floor and a parking floor at 47/3 ashok nagar.
he increase leanter of all flours approx., 3 ft. from front and 3 ft. from back.
junior engineer from your department come so many time but don't take any action to stop.
kindly stake appropriate action

Please take necessary action against her and sent her daily basis. Lot of people are living here . Street dogs spread garbage here and there. I request you to please help us. Thanking you.

Please send a Cat & Dog catcher team to my area (C Block Bindapur Pocket-4 J.J. Colony Uttam Nagar New Delhi-59) There were around 4-5 Cats & their kittens which create a lot of disturbance in area. They bite lots of children and passers in the street. The team can also check with neighbours about the problem they are facing because of the Cats & kittens. Please rectify this problem for the sake of happiness of people. Call me for any clarification required.

Street light is not working till 7 days in Street no 6 indra park palam colony

I’m raising this complaint regarding the cleanliness in our society. It’s been more than 2 months that no cleaner has come to clean the bio waste/daily waste lane. And now it been smelling to bad that it impacting our health. This has been a regular scenario as they never come to clean them up.

Sir it is submitted that one vacant building/house situated near my House. The house No. 316, Gali No. 4, Mangla Puri Phase-I, Palam, New Delhi. This house was vacant since 2007 and no any information about the owner of said house. This building became very Dangerous and defective. I get too much losses from this defective building. The rain water also deposited on the roof of the said dangerous building. the rain water also deposited on the roof of the said dangerous building. This defective building may be falls any time. This may be very harmful to anyone of the neighbouring. i tray to contact the owner of this house but no any communication is done.

Sir request to issue any instructions in favour of the owner of this defective building this steps can be helpful to me and other people.

Water does not flow down to rain water drain in front of D961, New Friends Colony, New Delhi. This is due to clogging of the drain.

In this rainy season, the Garbage stack is collect at the front gate of MCD school for last more than 10 days, nobody is cleaning and take care of that place, Please take appropriate action over this.

I, Mohit Sroa owner of C-21 Upper Ground Floor, F.F.E, Neb Sarai

Mr. Sanjay Thakur residing in 2nd floor, C21, F.F.E. Earlier he constructed 3rd floor illegally and now he is constructing another floor.

I found out yesterday about the construction of another floor above the illegal constructed 3rd floor, so I reached the property.

Mr. Thakur and his wife created a ruckus and threatened and abused me, when I asked them to stop the construction as cracks are appearing in my house, he denied to stop and said I will construct the floor no one can stop me and Mr. Thakur asked me to leave the place.

I called 100 and PCR officer arrived and they called the IO officer and asked Mr. Thakur to stop the construction.
Later, again he started the construction at evening.

I called again 100 number, I was told that PCR will contact me and they have informed Mehrauli police station to act. I waited there for 1 hour and no PCR contacted me. Then again I called 100 number, they asked me to contact Mehrauli police station on this [protected]. They said, though we have already informed Mehrauli police station about this.While I tried to contact on the number, it was not working.
But i waited there for somebody from Mehrauli police station will come. But no one came.

However, Mr. Thakur continued the construction throughout the day and night yesterday day before yesterday also(6th & 7th August 2021).

This old building cannot bear the burden of another construction above as it is showing cracks which appeared when Mr. Thakur constructed the 3rd floor previously. It may damage the property

I request you to kindly help me to stop this illegal unauthorised construction and save my flat.
