We have had a harrowing experience with them over the two years or so with the "Plug 2 Surf" :
1) The initial faulty design of the product resulted in breaking of a pin making the device unusuable. This happened within days of availing the product... plug and surf modem of tata indicom on 1st november

Tata Indicom sucks, guys... purchased a product from Tata Indicom and the product is faulty to the point of being hazardous.
