[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Post paid connection and USB Internet connection — Number Activation

Dear authority,

Please go thru with the below mentioned mail where i have taken two post paid one for mobile and another for internet connection on 22-may-09 and till date it's not activated when i start follow up thru customer care department of tat indicom then they asked for CAF number which has been not provided by the shop from where i have taken the connection and i have given them scanned copy of BILL but they were adamant and close the issue. and when i connected up with the shop then it was said that it is too late so please provide all the proofs once again.

its really mentall harassment for the customer.

TATA Indicom — Internet Postpaid connection

Hi, I Dhiraj Kr. Sinha(Enq no-1635262 and login-id:[protected]@vsnl.net)having complain regarding Tata Indicom Wi-Max Internet Connection. I got this connection on 18th Sept 2008 and I had taken 750 Rs. plan - 256 unlimited usages post paid connection. Their executive says that you have to pay the bill of one month after using it, as the post paid connection general means. But I got a bill of 951/- rs and have to pay before 5th oct 2008 for usages period 22th sept to 22th oct'08. Tata Indicom Customer Care says that you had taken post paid connection from tata indicaom, which means you have to pay monthly rental of 750+taxes in advance per month. There is no documentation on Website or any Brocher of Tata Indicom or even not provided this information to customer from their executive before taking connection that Tata Indicaom Post Paid Connection means --- You have to pay monthly charges in Advance. Then What is mean of Pre-paid connection????? May I know this answer from any senior executive from Tata Indicom? Is it not a Cheating of customer. You should have some sort of clearity in your service plan. Now It makes my estimated cost of this month on Internet in trouble.

Please be clear in your general terms like Pre paid connection and post paid connection at least.

I hope someone from Tata Indicom can solve this issue in general terms also.
