Self — corporation bank refund amount not credited to bank account

Corporation Bank — Refund Amount Not Credited To Bank Account

Helo sir,
I am sb acc holder of corporation bank
Salem, shevapet br.
My acc no is [protected].

On 7 march
i have booked tickets from
Irctc fr rs 4225.
By using my corp bank visa card.

While making a online booking i got message
"Unable to perform transaction
Please try again later"
But

I received a sms from corporation bank

Your A/c XXXXXXXXXXXX082 in Salem-Shevapet debited INR 4225.00 on[protected] by TRF. Avl Bal is +1269.33

But irctc refunded my cash
Refund id : [protected]

But still now..
I have not yet received my amount in my account.

So pls kindly clear my problem.
