Self — money refund against flight ticket booking | |
Dear sir/ madam, I was booking flight ticket on dated 10.7. 18 (At 4pm approx) from ranchi to delhi (Ixr to del), and flight journey date was 11.07.18. To book the same i have make payment from icic bank credit card but payment deducted from our bank and ticket not booked. Clear trip has give alarm at the same time that your payment not go through. Now approx 17 days pass we have not received refund.in addition to this we have call so many time with our bankers. But they had replied that marchant has to refund same. I have send rakhi in sahibabad from punjab on 18/08/2018. i have searched on net that i has been despatched from gaziabad to sahibabad on 19/08/2018. but it has not reached yet. when i asked to the courier service in sahibabad he said that it will be delivered on 22/08/2018. but it hasn"t reached and now they are not picking up the phone.
