Self — Not able to access the South Indian package at Tata Sky

Dear Sir, My subscriber ID [protected], I am not receiving signals from last three days, i.e. from 1st April, even in last month also Tata Sky not provided services for almost One week around 15th March 2015. I have taken the HD Package subscription for the year 6500/-. Their services look pathetic in recent months. With the recent behavior from the Tata Sky representatives, I am fed up with the Tata Sky services. Is there a way for me to get the refund for the HD Box and Subscription amount to move to other vendors?
