Self — pimpri to hyderabad gurudas plus bus gail

We have border at pimpri on 15.05.19 at 7pm and bus break down at 16/05/19 3am after one hour waiting the driver told us bus can not be repaired. He asked to board ather bus it is not having seats and bus also notatall good.
We have paid high primium to tsrtc for luxury travel if it not there sincerely you have to refund
Total amount or pritial amount. Please immediately resolve this
