Self — regarding credit of sbn in my account

Sir i have submitted old currency in rbi delhi in feb.2017 with receipt no. 19604. But still no intimation regarding credit of amount. Though i tried to get information from rbi but in spite of many emails and communications, i could not get satisfactory response.
Its long time almost one year has been passed but i could not receive my own money
