Self — water connection request

Sir,
I had submitted a request for drinking water connection (Location as above on google maps) at kerala water authority office at valakam in january 2019, with all the necessary documents. This was a request under the japan drinking water scheme.

The survey of the location was done and the papers are sent to the zone office in kottarakkara for further approval.

Till date i have not received any update. I would like you to help me by expediating the approval process, so that i can have the water connection immediately.

Please look into the matter.
