Sendmygift.com — Neither delivery of order nor cancelling the same | |||||
I have booked two orders from this website and they were supposed to be delivered by 7th feb, 2016 and 14th Feb, 2016 respectively. But they did not fulfill their commitment at all and were not responding on the status update. When I asked to cancel those orders on mail, the company is neither responding on mail nor on Chat Support. Customer care Helpline is actually giving an Auto message for not picking up a call. This is one of the unprofessional behaviors of any company. I need my refund as early as possible as this company is a fraud.
