[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Order id[protected] not delivered and money not refunded | |||||
Hi, I have placed on order on Sendmy gift.com on Feb 12, 2016. The order was a Cake, couquet of flower, Teddy and box of Ferro Rocher chocolate. The order id is[protected]. The payment of around Rs.1000 was done via paytm. The delivery date selected was Feb 13, 2016. However, even till date (i.e. Feb 18, 2016) the item has not been delivered. Tried reaching the customer care no as listed in the website i.e.[protected] on numerous occasion and everytime I get an automated reply that “all the customer care representatives are busy as we are experiencing a high call col, please send us a mail on our mail is [protected]@sendmygift.com”. Send mail twice (i.e. Feb 13, 2016 and Feb 15, 2016) on the mail is listed in the website (same as above) but no response. While logging in the website http://www.sendmygift.com/, there is a chat option wherein somebody pings “Can I help you”. I tell them my problem along with my order ID but then they stop responding. This has been happening every day since Feb 12, 2016 onwards. I am tired of following up with this fraudster company. I need my money back and want this company to be blacklisted and closed.
