[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Product not delivered even after payment | |||||
Hi i am Gaurav and i order a gift for my friend so i ordered a gift having product name as "Rose Celebrations: Purchase Valentine Flowers Online Deliver" with SKU - FINUPD651. it has been delivered by TGS RETAIL. the delivery date is 9th feb 2016 but today is 10th Feb 2016 but its not delivered yet . My ORDER ID IS[protected]. the girl name FATIMA replied me via chat that it will be delivered by 9 pm but still not delivered i am even trying the customer care number from tomorrow but no one is picking up the phone. the payment is also done by PAYTM. this is very ridiculous hos company like PAYTM can support such a fake website please help me to sole such a big issue because its causing such a problem to customers. @sendmygift... why you guys are making me fool ... ok i agree that you are refunding my amount as my gist had not been delivered you guys also game me The reference id[protected] for my refund and ask me for 3-10 working business days ... i agree that too ..but then u send me a mail that the refund has been done on 10th feb 2016 but today is 12th feb 2016 the money still dont reached in my account can you have a better explanation for that or now i will take stict actions by going to consumer court ... i am attaching both the mails below received from ur customer support...do have a look
