From 6months i told that your form in process actually i don't know what status right now?? What's going on i calling also done in main office delhi but they not attempt call.. Plz help me what can i do?? I am apply for pf 2 times..1st time they told me your form was rejected.. After that in feb 2017 i was reapply for pf.. Today they told me your form in process.. From 3 months pf office pune told me that your form in process.. Actually how much days working for pf??

Hi,

My name is mohammed saif zahid qureshi. An ex-employee of serco global services (At thane). I was working with etisalat. My emp id was 178519. Pf number mh/94725/171586

I was absconded from serco in 2015 due to personal issues. I took a form 19 from pf office (Thane) and went to serco to get a signature and stamp on my form but the lady there denied. She is asking us to pay 18k in order to withdraw my pf amount.

I tried to email them at serco. [protected]@serco.com, however, it was undelivered probably because of serco being taken over by intelenet.

Please look into this matter seriously i'm in short of money and i need it urgently.

I was resign job(31may 2016)..i apply for PF (4nov2016) after 3months I was told that your form was rejected(6feb2017)..i double apply for PF(25feb2017)..today I call PF office they told that your form in process after that your form going to Delhi office..in that office 2months process will done after that PF deposite in your account..today I call to PF office Delhi they told me your form process not done proper way actually 2month off process of PF form and your form reject not show in account when you 1st time apply..plz i kindly request you to what is the status of my PF form told me as earlier as possible

I m himanshu jain. I have joined your organisation (Serco bpo agra) in 2014, 17 may. As a csr in sbi process.
My old employee i'd was 610666 and new is 265922.
I have submitted my resignation letter on 1 august 2016 with all formalities, which was necessary to be done..
Still my salary was not credit of last month.. And already i contacted to hr but they are not responding in proper way.
I m just tried. Please do needful as soon as possible.

I've worked in this company for 6 months. Since the process was ramped down, i had to resign and leave this company. It's been 2 months i've filled the pf form and they said they've submitted it, however, i've still not received the pf amount to my bank account.

I've tried reaching them on call this morning and they asked to call after 2pm for pf enquiry. After 2pm, nobody bothered to pick my calls and i kept trying them over phone.

Serco bangalore kempapura office hr people are worst employee never work properly, when i went to apply pf they said to come saturday than on saturday they said i can transfer but cant with draw pf later i said & how how applied after 5month i am writing this, i dint get pf till now wen i check in pf employee service say they dint recieve my application at all, i applied hdfc life pf amount with draw i got within 40days but this serco is worst to the core.

I was working with serco goregoan for more than 4 years. I wanted to get the PF as soon as possible so I decided to get it signed from Malad serco.

I had submitted my form at Malad Serco on 2nd Mar'16 and was asked to come after 15 days to collect it. So i visted the office on 25th Mar that is after 23 days. The PF officials were on holiday that day and the reception person asked me to search the completed forms given by PF team to them. My forms where not their in the box. I took the landline number of PF's desk. I am now trying since a week but no one is answering that number. I cant always go directly like this.

Please assist or else I will have to escalate to Mr.Sushir Kumar.

I worked at nokia siemens networks in contract basis of this ****** serco cheating company nearly 2 years,

I quit my job on september 1st 2015 and still now march 25th 2016. I didnt receive my pf amount.

I try to contact these ***** hr, but they always at outside. If i suppose get an oppurtunity to talk with him means, that ********* uma hr always said we will call you once you get your amount.

My pf amount nearly 30000..

I am sawrabh kanojia . I joined serco (which was intellenet before) on 5th november 2012 for retail telephony inbound process located in mumbai (malad) behind hypercity mall. My employee id is ii00022587 and my date of birth is 23rd august 1986.I gave my exit interview on 2nd june 2015 and was told that I will receive my full and final settlement letter through post in 45 days and if I owe anything to company I will have to pay the amount post which in 15 days I will receive my relieving letter. However, its more then 60 days now and I havent received any lettet from my company . I would request to please release my FNF and relieving letter as quick as possile. I want to know how soon will I receive my FNF letter and if it sent out then to which address it is sent out . And can I get my FNF letter through email. Hope I get responce very soon . They told every month that, it will be send in next month salary statement. But, till now there is no any surity about my 15 days April month 2015 salary. I am very dissappointed. What can I do. ?
