My self M.Mohan Pillai, I worked in secro (Philips Process) for 1 year. Due to some reason I was in leave. Then I left the job. but my 25 Days salery is pending in the company. 9 months over still i am fighting to get my salery with company. My manager Mr. Ravent Mitroo did not help me in any circumstaces. I need ASAP. Otherwise I will directly go to Consumer Court.

I was working with Serco India Ltd last year and when I resigned and the day I got my full and final settlement cheque of approx Rs.16000/-, by mistake I lost the cheque. I agree it was my fault that I lost it and thus since then requesting the company to provide me another cheque as I owe the amount.

No. of mails have been sent to Serco HR department, and I have not been able to hear anything from them.br...

sir, i have join this company on 1 st july but due some problems i E-resign with a 10 days prior period notice. But my manager didn't accept my prior period notice and terminate me with the immediate effect...from 29th july. And companies policy is the cannot terminate any employee within a period of 1 month and for salary also one have to stay 1 month in the company...any legal advice......

This company is manipulating the facts as per its whims and wishes to hold the salary and as and when contacted refuse to give the straight anwsers to its employees. Despite repeated mails and keeping in view the status of their affiliation to the foreign company, malpractices still continue.
