So far, so good. Serco India PBO is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. Then I left the job. but my 25 Days salery is pending in the company. 9 months over still i am fighting to get my salery with company. my name is prem ranjan, i haved worked in serco bpo 3 months, but they hold my last salary above 60 days and when i query that when i get my salary then there is no response from serco BPO. my employee id-563080 (idea mumbai)

I was working with Serco India Ltd last year and when I resigned and the day I got my full and final settlement cheque of approx Rs.16000/-, by mistake I lost the cheque. I agree it was my fault that I lost it and thus since then requesting the company to provide me another cheque as I owe the amount.
No. of mails have been sent to Serco HR department, and I have not been able to hear anything from them.
Request you to please take this forward and help in getting my amount paid out.
sir, i have join this company on 1 st july but due some problems i E-resign with a 10 days prior period notice. But my manager didn't accept my prior period notice and terminate me with the immediate effect...from 29th july. And companies policy is the cannot terminate any employee within a period of 1 month and for salary also one have to stay 1 month in the company...any legal advice...

This company is manipulating the facts as per its whims and wishes to hold the salary and as and when contacted refuse to give the straight anwsers to its employees. Despite repeated mails and keeping in view the status of their affiliation to the foreign company, malpractices still continue. It is quite visible that human resources dept. plays quite different games with its employees and are not afraid of complaints being forwarded to any authority what so ever. i would appreciate if the HR Dept. takes early action to avoid the case to be dragged to the court.

i am somenath datta. my employ id is [protected]. i joined the company on 3rd july, 2009 and till date i am working (14.08.2009) i have not received my 1st monthly salary. after enquiring, i came to know that as my DOB is in 91, i am not yet 18 (will be on 22nd Aug, 2009) so the HO replied that they have resigned me quiet a few days back. my question is HOW COME THEY GAVE ME THE OFFER LETTER BY KNOWING MY DOB? HOW COME THEY MADE ME RESIGNED WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND KNOWLEDGE? IF AT ALL THEY HAVE DONE THIS, THEN WHERE IS MY SALARY? WHY I AM NOT GETTING IT??
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER OTHER WISE, I REPEAT, I HAVE TO MOVE TO THE CONSUMER COURT TO FILE A CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY.
