SETC — Ticket booked but not received any confirmation message

Hello Team,
I have booked ticket from chennai to madurai. (Pickup point Tambaram) on journey date 14/10/2021, Bus timing 20:30 (Koyambedu time). For my booking I didn't get any confirmation message from SETC, Amount debited and I didn't cancel my ticket.
At the time of journey time I came to Tambaram office and they confirmed with conductor the Seat number 25 booked for Jeyabalan P. But they didn't allow to board the bus without PNR number. But Actually I didn't get any message from SETC.
Here I have ID proof, mobile number for confirmation. And there is no confirmation for amount return.
Here for that system fault, not able to board the bus even I paid for my seat.
Kindly atleast give the refund amount for that issue.
