Seven Mantras — Fraud company, product damaged and still not get refund

I ordered product from sevenmantas.com before 4 months and still not get refund from them. I always call customer care they told senior is not available. Senior name is Monali. She never on desk in a day and never call back to customers, not even reply to mails.
