Shaadi.com — Account Deactivation

I have been using this service since 2024 and i choose to pay accordingly. I kept getting phone calls to pay between £800 to £1000 for them to find me matches. I said i cannot pay that much as it is hard earned money and it is too expensive. The person was shouting so loud that why are you not paying. They try to gain your trust and emotionally pull you.

I was talking to someone one afternoon on the application and when i had woken up the next morning, i recieved a message saying my account has been suspended suddenly despite me providing them with 3 valid proof of my identity. I contacted their constumer services who immediately reactivated my account.

This is 2025 and I signed up again after a gap. I was thinking about purchasing premium subscription and was about when i received email saying my account has been deactivated suddenly despite me following of their protocols and processes.
