I have a profile over shaadi.com with my registered mail I'd: [protected]@yahooo.com. I have purchased 6 months membership plan for the same. But to my surprise, my profile got deactivated and when I contacted customer support of shaadi.com, they told me that the profile got deactivated due to the violation of terms and conditions by me but when I enquired what violation I did, they simply refused to tell the violation did by me.
Now I request the senior officials of shaadi.com to clarify what violation I did along with the proof for the same.
Moreover, I request shaadi.com to get my profile activated as soon as possible or refund the membership fees paid to shaadi.com to the original source of payment.
Looking for a quick response from your side, otherwise, I have left with no option rather than taking legal action against shaadi.com. Was this information helpful? |
