[Resolved] Shaadi.com — VIP Service SCAM

Upon various representations and follow-up’s from your end, I took the VIP services offered by shaadi.com. However, my experience with VIP scheme is very bad, in fact horrible. The service that they promise while registering is never fulfilled.
I requested suitable matches abiding only 2 criteria and they failed miserably to provide the same.
VIP Shaadi service is designed to act as a go between the two sides entering a prospective marriage. The manager there promised before enrollment on the service that filtered profiles can be contacted and a hidden database of profiles will be available from their huge database. In reality they do not have at least few 100’s of them. All they do is to just keep sending 3 profiles per week and that’s it.
There are instances where I said I liked few profiles and asked them to check further with the other party and try to bridge the relation. This never happened and they did not even care to at least check with us to get a feedback.
This is a pure manifested scam where they talk nice and showcase a bigger picture just to get our money. Once we are registered, they are least bothered.
The most frustrating part is that the Hyderabad branch does not even have a proper contact number. I have tried all sorts of methods (invoice, google, justdail, shaadi.com site, etc.) to get their contact number but none of them worked.
The number they have on the invoice is fake. I was shocked when I heard ‘wrong number’ as a response during my attempt to chase the head of hyd branch.
They are not straightforward and transparent.
The so called ‘consultant’ doesn’t even respond to our calls and act as if we are strangers.
They hardly have 50 profiles under VIP and they will repeat them over and over.
“Refund can be claimed only within 10 days of registration”, but actually they send 3 profiles per week.
So we get to see only 3 profiles which are above and over our expectations to keep us satisfied till the refund period passes. After that you get to see the profiles that are below and not even close to our expectations. In order to check the same, we have to followup with them and as usual there won’t be any response from them as they are busy scamming other people.
