[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Vip shaadi is fraud / request to get money for it refunded
I have taken select shadi scheme for 6 month which was completed in March-15 so I have taken again the 5100 Rs scheme with a understanding that it will continue my select scheme for further 6 months. However I contacted your representative at your office at ahemedabad to Madam Gyatri.
She suggested for VIP scheme will be better you see that you will be satisfied in 15 days or if not so you tell to us we will refund full money to you (Madam Madhu also came to us at our home with Madam Gyatri at Ahemedabad.
But I found very poor response from VIP service and requested for refund of money back to me as per mutual understanding. I requested repeatedly to return back the balance money by giving me the select scheme under the current prevailing offer of 40 % discount or if possible give 50% discount as given to me in VIP scheme (I paid (5100+44400=49500) which is 50% discount) to Madam Gyatri.
But she changed your mumbai representative Mr Sharma and Madam Charli was appointed.
I request her also the same but no response from her, she is not lifting phone even after repeated attempts at various attempt.
From past many days we are mailing/calling Mr Alwin( alwin.[protected]@peopleinteractive.in) & Madam Charmy(charmy.[protected]@peopleinteractive.in) but all we get from Charmy is that he will ask Mr Alvin who is on sick leave/ in a meeting and Mr Alvin promises to return money but doesn't do anything.
Attached are screen shots of mails indicating repeated requests and reminders(Many more mails are there, attaching just few for reference).
Calling them is not helping, most of the times they are not receiving it, and also not replying to the refund mails.
VIP SHADI is a fraud !!! This is simply a way of making money for these people!!!
