Dear Shadowfax, I m Sachinbhai Parikh and I ordered a fan and AC cover from yours my order number is SF[protected]FPL. and I ordered this from BHAKTIBEN GANATRA on 26 December 2020. but the product came has defect in size after returning the product that seller is telling that she will not refund money. IF my money will not be refunded then I will complaint in cyber crime and your exucutives are not answering perfectly

      I ordered pizza from the magic pin app and they assigned Shadowfax delivery partner after waiting 2 hours it's showing your order was delivered and i didn't get any call from their delivery partner and and delivery man not picking up my call

        I am a meesho graduate. Recently, I have ordered two items for a customer named Harshada mahajan from Indore. Order no are[protected] and[protected] not yet received. They are ordered 1st january and 25th December 2020. Tracking id are SF[protected]FPL and SF[protected]FPL. Their tracking is also rubbish. No information is provided where the order is . Kindly deliver the order as soon as possible. Please do the needful.

            I ordered on hopscotch on 31-Dec-2020 and it was to be delivered on or before 11-Jan-2021. There is no tracking information after 4-Jan 2021. Even after multiple request for update on the site not getting update or any call.

                      My order with trackingId=SF[protected]FPL is not yet delivered but showing it as delivered on 1st January. The delivery guy saying he will deliver but still not delivered. In case if I want to return a product it should be with in 5 days. Why you are updated as delivered even Though you are not delivered?

                        Shadowfax food delivery, the earnings of delivery partners are getting looted from shadowfax, irresponsible team leaders of chennai when ticket raised, the person doesn't bother to resolve the complaints, when offers announced the pay not getting reflected properly . Then what interest will we work if shadowfax does like this .

                          My Ajio return delivery is pick up by delivery box from shadowfax and when am asking ack slip he told i can get the message to my mobile, but later i received message like product quality check failed and not not pickup, but that guy alredy took that with him, may be he is thief, how a delivery company put such kind of guys i have raised complaint to delivery but no response i lost my item without refund such a worst experience

                              I have raised Complaint to return order from Meesho, they told me shadowfor will make pick up but 3 time your delivery person giving fake reason and not taking pickup. He cancelled it for 3 times.

                                Sir, I have to say that I ordered a tablet on cash on delivery . But shadowfax gave me wrong product . I made a complaint and the shadowfax head in Kasganj assured me to return my money of Rs 1949.I returned the product same day . After a long time he returned only 1500 rs . Please return my balance money of Rs -449

                                    Cancelled order

                                    For days now someone at shadowfax has been cancelling my order delivery without asking me and it has been a week since I've gotten my order. And I don't have a number I can call to discuss this. Please fix this....

                                    We ordered 6 ladies gown via below tracking number:

                                    However, since the quality was very poor we returned all the 6 Gown. We were informed that after pickup is done refund will be initiated with 24-48 hours.
                                    Person from Shadowfax visited my address (Palava, Casa Bela Gold, Dombivli East) on 07th Dec Morning and we handed over the product to him. He confirmed that by evening we will recd the returned msg confirmation. But till date neither msg recd nor refund received. We are fed up of calling and messaging Shadow fax again and again and now we are not getting any response from them. We seriously feel like cheated.
                                    Kindly look into the matter on very urgent basis and resolve at the earliest.

                                      Refund of Order No. SF77416165FPL (Online payment of COD amount)

                                      My order with order number SF77416165FPL was cancelled by, but I have made online payment of Order Amount Rs 950/-,

                                      but on 16th December, you cancelled the shipment. Now I want return of my paid amount Rs 950/-

                                      This shipment is Cash on Delivery facility, but on 11 th December a SMS alert came to my wife's mobile number with content of delivery of shipment. But I am out of home, and my wife doesn't have cash...
