        I issued a return of a product sent to me which did not match with the product picture on the Myntra app. Shadow fax picked the Product on 30th Nov between 11am to 12noon. The shadow fax agent said since it's a mismatch of Product he has to show to his head authority hence once he reaches back to his office he will update. Later I got a call from shadow kolkata saying that I must choose another option such as ''quality issue'' over ''wrong Product'' to get a successful update of return. I listened to the instructions and placed another exchange, this time I chose ''quality issue''. I spoke to the shadow fax person and he said he will re-update the return done successfully. But later in the evening I got ''return failed'' update instead. I tried reaching Myntra over 20 times but they kept telling to me wait. Just now they closed the issue by stating they didn't recieve the Product and hence can't do refund. Now I neither have the wrong Product nor my money. Shadow fax kolkata has the Product and Myntra has the money. It's a theft!

            SF88964018KR has been in transit from yesterday early morning 3am. It has been more than 30hrs and no change in status.

            Parcel is coming from Bangalore to Kochi. How long would it take? I specifically asked for urgent delivery.

                  Hello,
                  SF88921757KR i sent a complaint regarding this parcel but not receive any response.. actually this parcel is picked up yesterday and at yesterday night the person who picked the parcel has called me at 9pm and told that he missed my parcel somewhere... and insisted me to send the courier label to him but i didn't sent him i just gave him tracking id... and told him to search by tracking no. ... now the parcel is showing undelivered 1st attempt.. as the parcel is of Hyderabad and picked up by 23 nov how is it possible ... very bad experience with this kind of irresponsible persons from your courier services.. be responsible and try to deliver the parcel as soon as possible... the parcel is prepaid and if it will not deliver you must refund my amount ... worst experience ever had... solve this matter as soon as possible... Client is waiting for parcel...

                    This is to raise a complaint against Shadowfax for late deliveries. The order was scheduled to be delivered by 17-19 November 2020. But they are rescheduling my order again & again. They did it twice and they state that the "customer wants delivery on another date", but the fact is they never contacted me.

                        Hi Team,

                        Today I received a message of order arriving today from some company choice mate.
                        I had ordered some product from different website
                        So when the product came it was under my address my name and amount was 2596 .
                        I thought it might be the product from crezy-shop.com from which I ordered of 1256 rs so I paid 2596 thinking that its my parcel and thought I will write to site owner that amount to be paid was 1256 however paid 2596.

                        When opened the product I got to know I havent placed any order from choicemate and this is not my order .I have no clue why did it came under my name and address

                        Nobody answering call from shadow fax.
                        Whose order is it I have no clue for which I have paid. I tried my best to contact shadow fax but no reply
                        Where to register complaint when this isn't my order ?
                        All I have is to contact shadow fax so that they can connect me to the fraud company for placing order in my name.

                        Kindly provide seller details so that I can ask for my refund . I dont know the seller and dont have details how should I ask for refund, please provide seller details .
                        Shadow fax its a request, I have 2500 for something which is not ordered by me .Please call me

                        Hi Team,

                            My friends have ordered few items and kept my number so when delivery guy has called me I have asked to cancel but that fellow is talking non-sense. His number is [protected] and you people are getting business through us only and even delivery guy is getting salary because we are booking items. this is the worst company i ever seen

                                  I ordered Mouni roy lehenga from valley green and there was no existing contact number provided all numbers where non-valid and there was no option of returning or cancelling the product. I received a Cheap low quality saree and there is no contact number to contact for returning the product.

                                      I liked a saree which I saw on Facebook market. I requested for price and the seller messaged me back as Rs.560. I ordered it.

                                      Today 09/11/2020 I received the saree and its a different one than what I ordered.

                                      The saree what I revived is such a low quality and it can be paid such a high price.

                                      Also, the seller has deleted all the conversation which I did on on Facebook.
