Shadowfax — Couldn't track my consignment which is supposed to be delivered on 18th December, 2023.

I order some products on AJIO and SHADOWFAX courier was supposed to deliver my orders today (18th December). But I didn't receive them. Now when I tried to track my order with provided tracking number, it says "No information present for consignment SF[protected]AJI right now".
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest possible.
