[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Return pickup delayed and pickup partner not reachable

I bought an item through ajio.then i requested for return. Ajio arranged the return pickup through shadowfax. its been 4 days everyday it sends message on WhatsApp that we are out for pickup but no one reaches me.now they are showing that pickup is on hold.mobile number provided by them is also not reachable.
