[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Regarding return for Ajio, tracking id R[protected]AJI

I had a return pick up scheduled on 26 feb 2023 and the return item was picked up from my address as scheduled. On tracking this order (tracking id - R[protected]AJI) it is showing that shipment was received at Shadowfax’s facility on 26 feb 2023. However, at Ajio’s end, it is not showing that pick up was done and they are claiming that no update has been received from courier partner(Shadowfax). Also, there has been no movement of the item from shadowfax facility since 26 Feb 2023.
