Shadowfax — Delivery is delayed and there is no proper update on the order

I ordered on hopscotch on 31-Dec-2020 and it was to be delivered on or before 11-Jan-2021. There is no tracking information after 4-Jan 2021. Even after multiple request for update on the site not getting update or any call.
