My AJIO order with tracking ID SF[protected]AJI has been shipped by SHADOWFAX, it was supposed to be delivered on 10 July. Shipment has reached my city and it says out for delivery since last 3 days. Every morning since 3 days I get a message that its out for delivery and this is the OTP but by evening the delivery gets cancelled vis a message without informing me. This has happened 3 times.

No delivery partner or the company is contactable to solve an issues or queries. Despite raising a complaint through their helpline no one has contacted me.
I have attached the relevant screenshots of the messages received from 10 July to 12 July about 'out for delivery', OTP and then cancelations.

I would like my delivery completed asap or cancel the order and get refund!

Extremely negligent and irresponsible, seems like a fraudulent scam.

Sir I am working as a seller in online platform like Amazon Flipkart and meesho, there are 2 order i received from meesho aap both packed are picked by shadowfax fax courier person the product is smart watch price 999 and second order is Alpine loop watch strap price 314, these order are not delivered to customer and both these order are returned by shadowfax courier my concern is if order can't reach to the person by any reason, how could it possible that order are unpacked both packet i received are unpacked and packed in shadowfax envolpe instead of my envolpe i.e meesho logo envolpe.second thing sir my smart watch is missing and in place of that he put rs 50 rs watch and in second packet in place of watch he put a wallet .I will complaint to meesho he said it's courier fault I will approach courier but he can't rply neither he provide can customer care number sir it's going to complete almost 30 days daily I request these people that I have all the video evidence the packet I received the packet I open and product i received, this is completely cheating number of times i inform him I will complaint against you in police station and consumer form still they don't have a bit care, sir i ll approach you with lot of hopes please check this matter on priority and do the needfull.i have all the evidence regarding my concern whenever and where u said i provide but sir this time I need justice..

Very sad to write this but Shadowfax is the only worst and not to be called a company, Please think 1000 times before taking Shadowfax courier services. thats my guarantee that your shipment wont reach to the concerned person.

And to be honest it was a shock and a surprise to me when i see companies like AJIO and Myntra take their services and let their customer experience such a nightmare.

Its already been 4 days since I haven't received my product but in app its showing your product has been delivered and delivery agent is also not answering the call....

I ordered a dress combo from meesho.
I didn't get my order SF[protected]FPL delivered but delivery agent has shown status of my products as delivered. So, I have not been given my products or not my payment refund, So please my refund amount 975/- on urgent.

The delivery boy call me for delivery otp and when i say that when you come to me and give me my product then i will tell you the otp but he say when you share otp then i will deliver this but still i dont get the product.

AWB SF[protected]PIC... shipment was picked up on the 15th May 2023 from the seller but not delivered to the buyer and the status of the order is showing order cancelled. The seller claims he has not received the product. The parcel is worth 11k to 12k.

I have a return parcel of Meesho.

Shadowfax assigned for pick up but executive not coming for pick up and saying no. your team us cancelling my request by mentioning wrong reason that customer wants to cancel.

till date parcel not picked up.

now return window closed on meesho. because of your useless logistic services, i have lost my money.

I have returned product with tracking ID R[protected]AJI on shadowfax on march 29, but ajio reshipped me product with tracking IDR[protected]FPL from shadowfax, when I tracked this on shadowfax it asked for OTP with registered no.79XXXXXXX6, my registered no. is83XXXXXXX2, bcz of this I haven't recieved refund I have recieved someone else's product, please check where is my product also check qR[protected]FPL who's product is this provide correct information n correct product which I have returned to ajio so that I can get my money refund, bcz of your mistake I lost my money

No update available where the product is ? Showing in transit ...delivery date was 15th...but customer not received it...please deliver the courier

It's a cash on delivery order. Delivery partner scammed me. After delivering the product to me, he updated the status as order canceled. I want to return the product but I'm unable to do so as the status is updated as canceled. His contact number is [protected]. If I call him again and ask him to change the status as delivered also, he is not responding back.
Take action against him and change my order status as delivered at the earliest.

Hai, my name is Bharadwaj and I'm a rider of shadowfax from hyderabad, I have this type of service not responding to riders late response, and getting extra distance for every order, always long distance orders no updates worst service I have ever seen please update the app and don't give extra distance.

Literally, for every order we are getting extra distance and very long distance orders 😡😡😡
