Shadowfax — I received an order that is not placed me

I received an order that is not placed by me. As I have ordered some items of Flipkart and messho it has to come on the same day so I got a little bit of confusion.but then I paid and received it. But it is not my any of the order now I want to return and my refund. but as I haven't ordered it where and how to return and refund the order.
