Shadowfax — My return for a product wasn't collected on time

I've ordered for a return of a product bought from Meesho. The initial date of return was scheduled on 1st November 2022 by a rider from Shadowfax. The courier service provided me a number of the rider but when I tried to contact the rider, everytime it said the number you're trying to contact is busy but in the tracking section of Shadowfax, they mentioned the customer was not contactable. I complained it to the customer care of Shadowfax, they said by 2nd November my product would be collected from me. They assigned me the same rider who never contacted me. I want the issue to be resolved as early as possible.
