[Resolved]  Shadowfax — Not picking up the return, Rescheduled without contacting me.

Hello,

Pickup initiated on 11th June. still no one contacted me and daily shadowfax updates my pickup status as "Pick up Rescheduled By Shadowfax". i haven't received call or any update regarding this issue. No one is contacting me or picking my return. i have used help center in shadowfax regarding delayed pickup they said they will contact me within 24 hr. i have yet to receive any human phone call from their side. they only send text which i am attaching image of.
