Shadowfax — Payout has not been issued since 3 weeks

My shadowfax I D is 452639 I have worked for shadowfax and didn't get any payout and the support is saying that my payout wouldn't be released until and unless I work every day and now one of them said that my ID is is registered as TL and my payout would be released monthly. The have deducted an amount of rs1000 as platform charges and they haven't paid a single rupee to me yet. I have no number to talk to someone. When I get connected to someone they say that are not responsible for the issue they don't know about that. They are forcing me to work without getting paid. Please look after this matter.
