Shadowfax — Product picked up but not delivered to Gonoise

A shadowfax executive picked up my noise shots xo earbuds on 3rd June, 2020 from bangalore and it was supposed to be shipped to the gonoise warehouse in Gurgaon. This was arranged for by gonoise itself. Shadowfax has still not shipped my product to Gurgaon and I am unable to reach the customer care and they have not replied to a complaint I raised with their help center as well. Please either ship my product to gonoise at the earliest or return the product to me. The entire warranty process is held up only because of shadowfax. Horrible customer care and logistical handling on their part.
