Shadowfax — Regarding my return request

I have applied for return in meesho for a product which I have purchased and shadow fax is the delivery partner for such return.
The delivery boy has picked up the return on May 21 2022, but it still didn't reach the supplier and my money is not credited to me.
I have called the customer care of shadow fax, it said that your agent will soon contact me but no calls from your side.
Please do check my return request and send the product to the supplier as soon as possible so that I can receive my refund..
