Hello,
SF88921757KR i sent a complaint regarding this parcel but not receive any response.. actually this parcel is picked up yesterday and at yesterday night the person who picked the parcel has called me at 9pm and told that he missed my parcel somewhere... and insisted me to send the courier label to him but i didn't sent him i just gave him tracking id... and told him to search by tracking no. ... now the parcel is showing undelivered 1st attempt.. as the parcel is of Hyderabad and picked up by 23 nov how is it possible ... very bad experience with this kind of irresponsible persons from your courier services.. be responsible and try to deliver the parcel as soon as possible... the parcel is prepaid and if it will not deliver you must refund my amount ... worst experience ever had... solve this matter as soon as possible... Client is waiting for parcel...
