We booked order in meesho.for that order return pickup they arranged through shadowfax courier.
Shadowfax courier Awb number:R[protected]FPL.wrong status updated in tracking portal by them.
return parcel pickup over already on 6th January 2022 only.
Customer got call from courier service from this number [protected] on 6th.and they taken away the dress but not updated in app nor sent pickup over message to customer still and now they are not replying.
But now no one is receiving calls.
And now updated wrong status like customer not contactable, QC failed and all.
Where in real customer talked to them that day and return pickup over successfully.
