Shadowfax — Shadow fax itself cancelled the return order

R[protected]FPL this is order for which return was approved on may7th
Due to pandemic situations the courier persons said that they are not picking the order as of now.. but today may29th I received a message that the order pickup got cancelled and worst thing is I am not able to initiate return again
Please help
