My Ajio order was picked up by a shadowfax executive on 16th June 2022
He picked it up and said ill receive a SMS about successful pickup in a few hours and left.
My return's AWB is R[protected]AJl
But after a few hours I received a message that the pick up Was failed due to quality check.
I gave the package very well packed and even the item was in the same state as I had received it. If the quality check didn't pass as per them, then how did their agent pick it up. He even said ill receive a successful sms.
So basically now they have picked up my order and marked it as pick up failed in their system. How can they do that. I'm calling their customer care. Its an automated message whcih says they will reach me on my registered mobile but no way to get in contact with the agent of customer service. Even the deliver agent who came to pick up my order isnt answering the phone calls.

There is no way to get in contact with the agent of customer service.
