Shadowfax — wrong non smart watch delivered and not responding for return

I have order smart watch (G4 nextgear smart watch) on 10th feb 2019 but i received the multifunction waterproof smart watch sportlong 2019.

Watch order on watchler.com and i have received from presha trading through shadow fax.

Now no one is responding to return the product.

They are asking my card & pin details for money return.

Updated by Patil Gajanan I have received contact number (Manoj Kumar[protected] of Presha Treding.

He is asking me to share my Debit Card details along with Pin number.

I have denied to share with him then he is saying I will not get the return money.
