[Resolved] Shaha Finlease — SCB delayed charges multiplied 400 times | |
My wife had a credit card from SCB which has a delayed transaction which the bank didn’t address & my wife paid the outstanding later 3k, now SCB has sold the portfolio to Shaha FinLease & they are charging 400 times the original outstanding which was bank’s fault. Do let me know if I need to raise it to consumer court. SCB or Shaha FinLease cannot fleece people like this. Shaha FinLease is asking for 34k to settle this. It’s totally absurd & unlawful.
