Sham Tradding — fake product delivered.

I ordered 3 watches from a website called Ishtyle.com and got fake watches instead. I paid Rs1500 for the watches and want immediate refund.
The product I was shown was 3 watches, 1 casio and 2 fossil watches.
The combo MRP was 9999 and I got it on black Friday sale for 1500.
I opted for COD facility and paid for the delivery in cash.
I told the delivery person that I wanted to check the products before paying but he stopped me, claiming its not an open delivery.
I opened after paying and discovered that I was delivered fake products.
I called the delivery service and they said they were not responsible for returns and that I would have to initiate return through email or customer service. The number written on box is not functional and my emails have gone unanswered.
There are no contact numbers for the company online as well.
