Sharanam Green Resort, Calangute , Goa — Refund of Hotel Rent as the Room given was not as agreed

Address:North Goa, Goa

I stayed in Sharanam Green Resort, Calangute, Goa for Rs 3000 /day for two nights from 28 Feb 2014 - 2nd Mar 2014. The booking was done for an AC room. The room I got had the AC switch + Geyser switch and the Bathroom light all in one switch. The AC was direct and there was no temperature controller .So when you go to the bath room for a bath, you have to put the AC also, so after a hot water bath you land into a chilled room....
