Sharp India — poor service for service of refrigerator & replacing part

I have a Sharp Frost-Free Refrigerator-Freezer. I want the refrigerator serviced and replaced with three parts:
(a) Vegetable crisper tray
(b) Door Shelf PS< A 318
(c) Door Shelf PS< A 321

I tried calling your customer support. Complaint No allotted MHRF[protected]. Received a call from Navin, but no progress. Email sent to [protected]@sharpindia.com bounced back.
Please arrange for servicing & replacement of parts.
